Recycling
Please contact Brian Cool with any questions.
With the exception of January and February recycling is the first Saturday of the month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the LeRoy Village Garage, on the corner of Kent St. and Mackinaw Trail
Items accepted for recycling include clear glass bottles and jars (no broken pieces and remove lids), cardboard, newspapers (includes inserts) and magazines, cans, aluminum, plastic milk containers, #1 plastic (clear only and no clam shell containers), #2 plastic (remove all lids and tops), and Styrofoam (except packaging peanuts). Separate all of your items and crush as much as you are able to help us conserve space.
Thank you to our recycle volunteers who are dedicated to keeping our environment clean and safe. Thank you also to Kim and Lori Leudeman and Brian Cool who took this large load of cardboard to the Reed City recycle station.
Please consider volunteering to help continue to do our part for our planet. Without volunteers this program may not be able to continue. Workers at the site can volunteer as little or as much time as schedules allow. Our area is very fortunate to have a place to recycle.
Our program is associated with Recycle of Osceola County, Inc. in Reed City.
